K-SERIES HOISTS
(up to 250 tons in standard & high-lift)

Manufactured since 1972, Condra’s rugged, robust K-Series hoists have been installed worldwide under a wide variety of operating conditions in three main configurations: foot-mounted, monorail and double-rail crab. Lifting and reeving arrangements include centre-lift.

• Fully covered K-Series hoists provide lifting capacities to 32 tons, while open-drum units have capacities in excess of 250 tons.
• Features on all models include electromagnetic DC disc brakes, standard frame-size motors with parallel rotors, double-acting limit switches, solid bronze rope guides and totally enclosed splash-lubricated gearboxes. Variable speed is available on request.
• The K-Series is the market leader in high-lift applications, proven in installations with lift heights up to 150 metres. These hoists are dependable, durable and robust under the conditions of increased mechanical strain typically found in high-lift applications.
• Long production runs of standard spares mean ready parts availability, lower priced parts, low maintenance costs and savings over the long term.

TITAN SH-SERIES
(up to 16 tons)

Condra’s SH (Short Headroom) Titan hoists are designed to make maximum use of expensive factory space – headroom as well as floor – for capacities up to 16 tons.

Based on the massively successful K-Series, this new design has reduced the size of many of the original components to take height out of the final crane assembly and deliver a profile some 20% lower than its predecessor and resulting in an extra lift height.

The many additional features of the SH-Series include refinements such as automatic rope tensioning, smoother travel, a built-in load limiter, standardised direct drive and universal carriage.

TITAN COMPACT SERIES
(up to 32 tons)

Condra’s Titan compact hoists deliver all the modular capabilities of the earlier K-Series in any application, but in a refined and more compact design that offers a lifting capacity of up to 32 tons.

• Features on all models include electromagnetic DC disc brakes, standard frame-size motors with parallel rotors, double-acting limit switches, solid bronze rope guides and totally enclosed splash-lubricated gearboxes.
• The Compact Series also incorporates refinements such as automatic rope tensioning, smoother travel, a built-in load limiter, standardised direct drive and universal carriage.
• Long production runs of standard spares result in lower priced and readily available parts, delivering big savings over the useful life of the hoist.
